Most popular question at the show, how are the recycled boards made?

Recycled boards are made up of LDPE( used to make shopping bags),  HDPE(used in bottle caps and food storage containers) , PP (used in flip top bottle caps – sports bottles), HIPS(used in c.d. cases, packaging, plastic razors) all types of plastic and other thermoplastic materials. The polymers are ground, mixed and fused under high pressures into pressed moulds to form the recycled plastic boards which we use in our outdoor garden furniture , decking, planters, other bespoke products.
